The Research & Management Consortium, Inc. (RMC) is a Liberian research, project planning and management and capacity building organization with over 8 years of extensive experience in research, project design and management, gas analyses and capacity building, third party monitoring, project evaluations, strategic planning, policies, program analyses, and SOP creation. RMC has conducted numerous assessments, baselines, midterms, end lines, gap analyses and third-party monitoring projects throughout in Liberia and other African countries. RMC has a local representation in all fifteen counties in Liberia with regional offices in Kenya, Sierra Leona, Ghana and Somalia.

Revenue Model & Sustainability
Our company, RMC generates revenue by providing consulting services to international and national organizations, donor’s agencies and development partners. In addition to that, RMC also looks outside to partners for funding that are available for business expansion and improvement through business plan development, project proposals, onsite mentorship programs, program evaluations, and research activities.
At the same time, RMC invests a portion of its earnings to supporting social-economic development causes through capacity building and career development services to emerging professionals (youths and women) and the general population. We work closely with clients through ensuring the best possible solutions to their needs; to establishing and maintaining a thorough knowledge and understanding of client's objective and help them maximize the benefits. Key members of the RMC’s technical team have more than 100 years of combined experience in Africa. We have implemented several projects for the Government of Liberia, World Bank, IFAD, USAID, UNICEF, UNDP, EU, SIDA, JICA, AfDP, German Development Agency (GIZ), the Embassy of the Kingdom of Netherlands (EKN), and International and National Organizations in Liberia and several other African Countries.
