Consultancy Service to Conduct USAID Liberia Civil Society Activity (CSA) - Mid-Term Evaluation in Bong, Grand Bassa, Lofa, Margibi, Montserrado and Nimba Counties. The objective of the midterm review is to gather data to assess the performance of the civil society organizations activities including CSOs and CBOs in health and education advocacies for policy reforms, policy implementation, and health and education service delivery through multi-stakeholder coalitions that build feedback loops among government, CSOs, and its citizens in Liberia.
